Cancellation Policy – Luxe Laser

At Luxe Laser, we reserve dedicated time for each client and often prepare rooms, equipment, and staff specifically for your visit. This Cancellation Policy helps us provide the best experience for everyone while respecting the time of our providers and clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment. Requests to change an appointment are subject to availability.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

A late cancellation is any cancellation or reschedule request made with less than 24 hours’ notice. A no-show occurs when you miss your appointment without providing notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee, forfeiture of deposits (if applicable), and/or may require a deposit to book future appointments. This policy is necessary because last-minute openings are difficult to fill and directly impact our providers’ schedules.

Non-Refundable Deposit for Procedures Over $750

For any procedure with a total cost of over $750, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit:

  • Is applied toward the cost of your procedure on the day of service
  • Is not refundable if you cancel or fail to appear for your appointment
  • May be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling

If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. However, repeated rescheduling may result in the deposit being forfeited at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled clients. Depending on how late you arrive and provider availability, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, it may be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees and/or deposit forfeiture may apply.

Multiple Services & Longer Appointments

Appointments that involve multiple services, extended treatment time, or provider blocks may require additional deposits or stricter notice requirements. If so, we will communicate those requirements at the time of booking.

Packages, Memberships, & Prepaid Services

If you have a package, membership, or prepaid service, missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in:

  • Forfeiture of the session (treated as “used”)
  • A late cancellation/no-show fee
  • A required deposit for future bookings

Specific package or membership terms may vary and will control if they differ from this policy.

Confirmations & Communication

As a courtesy, we may send appointment reminders by text, email, or phone. However, it is your responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointment. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive late cancellation, no-show, or deposit terms.

Provider Delays & Office Changes

Occasionally, appointments may run behind due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed whenever possible. Luxe Laser reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to provider availability, equipment needs, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we must reschedule your appointment, your deposit (if any) will be transferred to the new date or handled in a commercially reasonable manner.

Medical Considerations & Eligibility

Certain treatments may require medical clearance, pre-treatment instructions, or eligibility confirmation. If you arrive ineligible for treatment due to undisclosed medical history, contraindications, or failure to follow pre-care instructions (for example: sun exposure restrictions, medication restrictions, or required prep), your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show, including deposit forfeiture where applicable.

Refunds

Deposits described in this policy are non-refundable as stated. Services rendered are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your treatment or results, please contact us promptly so we can review your concerns and determine appropriate next steps.

Repeated Cancellations

To protect appointment availability for our clients, repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may require:

  • Prepayment in full to book
  • A larger deposit
  • Same-day booking only, subject to availability
  • Refusal of future appointments at our discretion

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible through the method used to book (phone/text/online booking) or by contacting our office directly. Cancellation or reschedule requests are only considered received when confirmed by our team during business hours.

Policy Updates

Luxe Laser may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
